LDS Church to release Joseph Smith documents

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints plans to make public a printer’s manuscript of the Book of Mormon in an effort to be more transparent, according to the Associated Press. READ MORE HERE

A video is making the rounds that shows the destruction of a hitchhiking Canadian robot that was making its way across the United States. It met its demise in a back alley in Philadelphia, Penn. The child-sized robot had attracted the attention of Canadians during its trip across Canada, but it received a much cooler reception in America. READ MORE HERE 

In Case You Missed it: Are you ready to party? BYU is not

Brigham Young University has been named – again – as the most “stone-cold sober” school in the country. The designation came from the The Princeton Review, based on a survey of 136,000 students at 380 colleges. According to the report, “Brigham Young University is a Mormon school that’s ‘all about putting religion and education together’ and learning ‘about secular subjects through spiritual eyes.’” The top party school? University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Ill. READ MORE HERE
